Just FYI, I posted the support ticket as instructed, but couldn't wait 72 hours without support, so we rolled back the plugin (Gravity Forms Click & Pledge) to previous version (Version 3.600.009) and the site is functional again.
Incidentally, while troubleshooting on the site, our host's tech support discovered a problem in WooCommerce Click & Pledge Gateway plugin, see here (https://cl.ly/460f012s243v)

WooCommerce upgrade error troubleshooting
Our web developers upgraded the WC plug-in on 5/23, and patrons are now getting an error when they checkout on the website:
Click & Pledge payment failed (Transaction ID: ). Payment was rejected due to an error: “The ‘urn:APISchema.xsd:AccountGuid’ element is invalid – The value ” is invalid according to its datatype ‘NormalizedString’ – The actual length is less than the MinLength value.”.
I have just requested an upgrade to our PaaS version in Salesforce (it was 9.171213 from December 2017). Is that likely to solve the problem, or are there other steps we should take?
Don't know if you need access to our Salesforce org, but if so, the org is 00Do0000000agMP and login has been granted.
