WooCommerce not populating fields on Receipt

We have installed the WooCommerce plugin into our WordPress shop. Some of the fields are not integrating into our receipts. Receipts are built in Connect. The fields that are missing are Discount, Convenience Fee, and Total Charged. Transactions processed through the virtual terminal and Swiper1 work correctly, it's just transactions processed through WooCommerce that are not mapping correctly. Please advise.
