Creating opportunities for Shipping Fees

My client is using C&P WooCommerce Plug-in, and needs advice on handling shipping fees coming into Salesforce. If they check the box to have Shipping Fees create a new opportunity, is there a way to catch that opportunity in C&P Settings in order to put something in the opportunity to indicate it is for shipping fees. The shipping fee doesn't have a SKU. It currently results in a default donation opportunity with default naming, etc.

Is there a way to have the shipping fee added to the amount of one of the cart items instead of creating a separate opportunity? Seems unlikely, but I thought I'd ask.

Please clarify - there are 2 questions in my post and I'm not clear which you're saying is not possible. I'm pretty sure that it's not possible to add the shipping cost to an item in the cart, but there must be some way to do something smarter with the shipping cost opportunity. Is there anything that comes in with the shipping cost that can be mapped in Salesforce so I can create automation to identify the shipping cost opportunity?

Yes, you are correct. Based on my understanding of your question, you are also asking to customize the name of shipping opportunity which is not possible. Regarding the shipping cost, it creates separate opportunity for shipping with the name itself called Shipping.

May I know where do you want to map the shipping cost into Salesforce?
