  • Odd transaction: Authorized, but patron not charged

    We're using the WooCommerce plugin and found a strange transaction that came into Salesforce as a $80 opportunity, but with TotalCharged = $0 in the C&P Data and C&P Transaction, and the credit card was not charged. In the C&P Data, TotalCharge is 0 but UnitPriceCharge is 80. The transaction result is Authorized, but there's no authorization code.

    We reviewed and noticed that you have upgraded the WooCommerce to latest version i.e. 3.x which is not tested by us:

    The WooCommerce Click & Pledge gateway plugin allows you to accept online payments in your WordPress WooCommerce store.

    The latest version seems to be causing the issue with the Pre-Authorized transactions.

    We are working on it and will release the compatible version for latest WooCommerce soon.

      I'm having a similar issue - didn't realize the plugin wasn't keeping up with woocommerce. Do you have an estimate of when the update will be ready? I'm trying to determine if I should downgrade WooCommerce or wait for your update. In the meantime, my store is not working (I'm getting "Unpaid order cancelled – time limit reached. Order status changed from Pending payment to Cancelled.")

        It is under development and as of now there is no ETA.

          Hi. I don't think the inventory timeout is our problem. We have it set for 60 minutes. Since I left my last message I disabled C&P gateway and enabled PayPal and it's now working like gangbusters.Hoping for a C&P resolution soon. THanks.
