Hi - We're using WooCommerce C&P plug-in and we want the patron to receive a WooCommerce receipt, but not a C&P receipt. I've set Do Not Send Receipt to Yes in the C&P portal, and the web developer has set Do Not Send Receipt to Yes in the WooCommerce C&P plug in. Yet the C&P receipts are still being sent. What am I missing? The C&P Account number is 35879.
Follow on question - once we succeed in getting the C&P receipts turned off, will the email address listed in Receipt/Email Notification setting still get a "copy" of the receipt. I think not, but just want to confirm that.
