How do I turn on Recurring settings in WOO Commerce?

Do I need to purchase WOO Subscriptions or another service in order add “Recurring Settings” or is there a step in the process I am missing as I set-up Click and Pledge within Woo Commerce on our Word Press Test site?

You NO need to purchase WOO Subscriptions. We do have an option for Recurring. Please refer to the below manual and you will find step by step instructions on how to enable the recurring options:
