  • Woocommerce transaction not posting to SF

    Hello, we are testing a Woocommerce site and had two successful transactions post to SF, but not are receiving errors on several others.
    Also, is there a way to post Woocommerce transactions to a WID?

        We reviewed your Salesforce instance and there seems to NO issues. Would you please elaborate the issue little more and please submit a support ticket at http://help.clickandpledge.com with FTP and admin login details as well as the website URL so we can review your entire configuration. Include the link to this post in the ticket for reference.

        Please let us know when you have submitted the ticket. Do not post the requested information in this forum as this is a public forum.

            We reviewed your instance and all seems to be good. We found that, this order #1609151438442491111 already exist in your SF instance. We have successfully re-posted this order# 1609151539393141111 to your SF instance. We have processed one test transaction in your WooCommerce instance (Order#1609190932237591111 ) and it is successfully posted without any issues. It didn't posted that order# initially because it might be due to session timeout. However, moving forward if you see any issues with posting please let us know.
