ERROR: Credit Card fields not appearing in latest WooCommerce version

Hello! I'm trying to configure our new online store (moving from Shopp with Click & Pledge) to WooCommerce.

I'm on the latest WooCommerce version, using the Storefront theme from WooThemes (makers of WooCommerce), and the Click & Pledge payment gateway plugin.

I don't have SSL on my dev subdomain, but figured I could use test mode. However, when I am on the checkout page, the fields for payment info do not appear. When I submit the order, I get errors indicating that the payment fields were left blank -- meaning they are POSTING with the order but aren't appearing to actually fill out.

This also happens with WooCommerce, Click & Pledge Payment Gateway, and just the default TwentySixteen Wordpress theme, leading be to believe the Storefront theme is NOT the issue.
