I am trying to configure Ubercart with click and pledge and when I go into store and configuration I see click & pledge but anything I try and do and then save I get an error "You have specified a non-existing directory. I need help troubleshooting this so that I can get this cart setup

Hi Eric,

We can duplicate the issue for any of the following 3 reasons:

1. The created folder does not have the read & write permissions (777 permission).
2. The folder name given for the root directory is not the same as the one created for this purpose.
3. No folder was created ahead of time for this purpose.

To resolve the issue please follow the steps listed below:

Step 1: Create a directory as shown below:



Name the directory as you wish.

Step 2: Assign the 777 permission (read & write) to the directory you created in step 1.

Step 3: Use the same directory name in the Ubercart settings area as shown below:
