  • Shopp once again

    THe connection between Shopp and C&P/SF is actually working quite well, except for one thing. I am just using the default receipt, and it comes through looking the same way whether I make a transaction through Shopp on our main website or through the C&P list for registration. However, when I make a transaction through Shopp, my own name and phone are there; they are NOT there with C&P, but I can't find anywhere to remove them in Shopp and it would appear that they are somewhere in C&P. Strange. See attached. I thought the info must come from the C&P portal info, so I changed that, but it doesn't! And I can't find where it DOES come from. Click image for larger version

    Good day!

    In the absence of a reference page the system uses the default WID.

    Have you checked the default page in the portal?

      Sorry, but where can I find the default WID? I've checked the Shopp stuff everywhere I can find it. It's a custom build, but I went into cpanel and searched for the phone number in all files, no luck. It's not in SF, I can't find it in the C&P portal; I replaced my name and home phone in that Account Info with office email and phone but this persists... This ONLY shows up in the receipts sent to people who register through Shopp. ONLY! (Incidentally, with C&P set at TEST for an event, and Shopp sending through a valid CC #, not only is the CC accepted, (i.e., the 4111 etc doesn't work) but it goes IMMEDIATELY to the credit card. Not 'settled at midnight." It does correctly show up in Connect.

        This issue was addressed during office hour. The issue was related to the default checkout page and its receipt header information.
