  • Turn on C&P in Shopp

    You guys say that my Shopp setup to use C&P is "perfect" but I can't figure out how to make that setup the default one instead of intuit. What am I missing?

    The USER you have assigned to us has READ only permissions so we can make the change the for you.

    Please follow the steps illustrated in the above image to delete the processors you no longer wish to use. SHOPP does not allow for setting up a default one and the only solution is to DELETE the ones you do not need.

    Please try it and let us know if we can be of more help.

      I deleted all but c&p. Tried running transaction in both TEST and non-test modes. Both give me an error message, say it isn't a secure transaction and then that the website "is not working".

      I was out of the country for 10 days and come back sore from riding a camel in Morocco. I do not need this. HELP!! You still have access to the website.

          THe trouble is that it still doesn't PROCESS to SF. It just hangs. I note that the C&P setting does not have SSL checked.We have an SSL certificate.. BUt the checkout page isn't https. I'm thinking would this be what is keeping the process from going through? The Shopp payment system for c&p does NOT have ssl checked and I can't figure out where to check it (or for that matter refunds).

          Try submitting the order on the form you're showing above. This is what you get..
