Thanks! That fixed the problem, not now I have encountered a new one. When I attempted to test the cart, I got this error message when using a MasterCard:

"We are not accepting MasterCard type cards"

I double checked and confirmed that MasterCard was selected as an accepted type for Click&Pledge in the Shopp dashboard in WordPress.

I was able to complete a transaction with a Visa card.

I'd appreciate any guidance on this.

    Thanks,

    JRB

Please upgrade to the latest version since it appears you are using an older release not matching the latest Shopp.

If the problem persists please give us FTP access and we review it for you.

  • Error message after credit card information entered: NameOnCard' element is invalid

Getting this error message after all credit card info is entered:

urn:APISchema.xsd:NameOnCard' element is invalid - The value '' is invalid according to its datatype 'NormalizedString' - The actual length is less than the MinLength value.

Would appreciate any assistance in solving.

    Thanks,

    John
