How do we verify that transactions are secure and then deliver download links, etc.?

  • How do we verify that transactions are secure and then deliver download links, etc.?

    We have installed the Shopp plug-in on a website using Wordpress.

    We have purchased an ssl certificate and installed it on our end.

    We need to know how orders are processed and payments cleared, through the shopp plug-in on Click and Pledges end of things.

    We are selling downloads, with links to our items for sale as a download.

    We need to know how the customer should receive those downloads and when and how Shopp makes them available once the customers payment has cleared the payment gateway using Click and Pledge.

    We also need to know specifically how to add an email recipient to the email notification listing - so they receive an email when an item is purchased and when the payment has been cleared.

    I also need to know if I can be taken off of the email notification for the payments on this account (I am the main contact person for our Donation account # 19503) but we set up a separate account for the store transactions (# 25744).

    Also, we did one test transaction can you verify from your end that it went through securely (or tell us how we can check this ourselves)?

    Replies to your your questions:

    We need to know how orders are processed and payments cleared, through the shopp plug-in on Click and Pledges end of things.

    REPLY: All transactions post to our API and settle in your bank account just like any other payment coming through any payment form. If the transaction authorizes you will receive the money in 48 hours direct deposited in your bank account.

    We need to know how the customer should receive those downloads and when and how Shopp makes them available once the customers payment has cleared the payment gateway using Click and Pledge.

    REPLY: We really can't help you with this since this is a Shopp feature. We have integrated our payment system with the application and cannot support the application's features. I suggest you review Shopp's manual.

    REPLY: All transaction receipts are sent from our system. Simply login to the portal > Account Info > Profile and add your emails to the Receipt / Email notification. Please make sure to separate additional emails with semi-colon.

    REPLY: Please let me know which account you used for this transaction and how much was the transaction total. Knowing the first name and last initial of the card holder will also help.

        The transaction has been posted to your account and appear to be fine. The transaction is dated 7/12 so you should have received the money by now since deposits are made in 48 hours. Have you not received the money?
