  • Setup Troubles

    Hello,

I am having trouble setting up the Prestashop module with Click and Pledge. I've tried to follow the directions found here:

After installing the module, I clicked the configure button, filled in my Connect User Name and clicked the Get Code button. A red band appeared across the top of the window stating "Account ID is required."
I poked around the database a little bit and manually entered our details into the cnp_pscnpaccountsinfo table.

This allowed me to access the configure page and adjust the settings, but now I believe I bypassed a necessary step to populate the CnP token table in the database.

Now when a buyer gets to the payment stage and selects the CnP radio button there's message that says: "Add some details about the payment option"

Clicking the Payment button seems to just reload the page.

    Please Help!

    Thanks for your assistance.

        Hi Daniel,

We reviewed the details you shared through the ticket and found that the FTP details are not working and also you didn't share the admin URL. Would you please recheck the FTP login details and share the correct one including the admin URL?

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

That's strange, they both work for me.
I guess I'll keep poking around myself and see if I can fix it.

For the record in case any other new users come along with similar experiences:

I've uninstalled the module and deleted all the CnP tables in the database.
After reinstalling the module, the configure page only shows the Connect User Name Field. (I believe this is the intended behavior)
But now the Get code button doesn't work. I click on it and nothing happens.

I've tried in both Chrome and Safari.

The inspector in Chrome reports an Internal Server Error when I click the Get Code button.

The server error has been resolved. The permissions settings for the CnP Module folder were incorrect.

The configuration process worked correctly now. However the payment option is still not working.

                  Here's a picture. . .

                    So it's all working now.
Looks like the root cause was bad permissions within the Click and Pledge folder in the Module Directory.
