Cancel Recurring for Paid Memberships Pro with Click & Pledge

Hello,

Thank you for creating this plugin to integrate Click&Pledge easily with WordPress.

Upon using this for quite some time and after receiving reports from our members that after they cancel their subscription from our website (using the PMPro cancellation utility), they are still being charge from Click&Pledge. We can see that their status on our website is cancelled but it isn’t reflected on C&P.

I looked at the source code and I can see a function to cancel but I don’t see it where it’s getting hooked on to the cancel action of PMPro:

Wanted to check if cancellation to C&P via the cancel action in PMPro is natively supported in the plugin?

Sorry, as of now, our plugin doesn't support the Cancel Recurring option. To cancel the recurring, patron has to contact the Organization, and you can cancel it in the CONNECT portal. You may need to remove the Cancel Recurring option from your website to avoid confusion.

Thank you for that info. I understand that the cancel recurring option isn't natively supported yet in the PMPro C&P plugin but is there an API in C&P app that we can use/call in case will custom build our own cancel wrapper within our website?

We are working on the CONNECT release in which we are including the Recurring Updater option through which the patron himself can update/cancel the recurring transactions.
