Hi there - I'm encountering an issue with our members in PaidMembershipsPro who are set up for autorenewal, and whose cards are declined on the next installment.
According to a response from support in a previous thread (see below), the only time C&P sends info back to PMPro is upon the first payment for an autorenewal. However, we do need for declined transactions to be sent back to PMPro somehow, so that accounts can be cancelled on the Wordpress site. I'm very much hoping that this can be added to the plugin. The PMPro process is that a membership gets cancelled after a certain number of declined transactions (which I believe should be set at one declined transaction unless there's a high percentage of transactions that get approved on the 2nd try).
Otherwise, we will need to either set up a manual process for updating member expiration dates on our Wordpress site, or set up an additional integration between Salesforce and our Wordpress site, which will be either unscaleable, or introduce more integration complexity.
