  • PaidMembershipsPro plugin needs "currency settings" reinstated

    Hi there - after the recent update to the plugin, the currency settings are no longer available. I am switching from an account in British pounds to an account with USD. Is it possible to update this soon? Thanks very much!

    This is what the tech support person at PMPro said in reference to a ticket there:

    Thanks for this, it looks like your Payment gateway “Paid Memberships Pro Click & Pledge Gateway” has removed this setting as the settings for “Payment Settings” have changed.

    You may reach out to the developers of the “Paid Memberships Pro Click & Pledge Gateway” to adjust this for you.

    Please submit a support ticket at http://help.clickandpledge.com with FTP and admin login details as well as the website URL so we can review your entire configuration. Include the link to this post in the ticket for reference.

    Please let us know when you have submitted the ticket. Do not post the requested information in this forum as this is a public forum.

        We have received the support ticket with login details. We have successfully logged in but we don't have edit permissions to the files. it shows the following error: Permission Denied.

        Would you please make sure that the user has all necessary permissions?

          Thanks very much!

          is there any way for someone to email me on the support ticket itself? I have gotten confused about the various FTP credentials that I have sent. It's hard handling this in two different channels; if there's any way to keep the conversation in the same channel that would be incredibly helpful. Thank you!!

            I re-sent the FTP credentials via email - they are supposed to have write permission, but if not, please let me know.

              Unfortunately, the new credentials also don't have write permission. We still receive the same error: permission denied

                Is there any way I can speak with someone on the phone about this? I sent new FTP credentials yesterday at 10:10 a.m., and I'm not sure if this last post relates to the credentials I sent or not. I tested the FTP login that I sent yesterday, and I was able to write to the server, so I hope that Abdul will be able to try those credentials today and address the issue. Thank you!
