  • PaidMembershipsPro gateway - error or white screen with membership purchase attempt

    Hi! Something is up with our PMPro gateway - when users try to do a transaction on our site, they are either taken to a white screen, or they get an error message that the page is not working. It lives on http://npsa-association.org/membersh...ership-levels/. (But currently I have a work-around set up, where memberships are being purchased via a C&P event widget.)

    Amanda Byrne may have already gotten a ticket started on this a few weeks ago, but I'm posting this at Kamran's suggestion to make sure it's in process.

    Please let me know how I should submit the FTP credentials needed to work on this. Thanks!

    We received new login credentials for Rackspace account from you related to this thread. You said in the ticket#63601"will send password separately" but we didn't receive yet.

    Sorry, but we are still getting permission denied with the latest credentials.

    Regarding the private posting, we don't recommend sending credentials through the forum in any way except the support ticket which is much secure.

    I just sent a new set of credentials by email, for a new FTP user that should have write permissions. BTW is there any way to do a private posting on this thread in case I need to post more credentials info?

    Now we are able to login to Admin but unable to FTP. Would you please review it and get back to us?

    Sorry about that - I just whitelisted the IP and I think that's why you were blocked from uploading; would you mind trying again and if it doesn't work, I'll set up a new user account for FTP. Thank you so much!!

    Thank you for the information. We have tried to upload the files but again failed to upload. Also, we noticed that you have blocked our IP to login to Admin.

    Would you please review the permissions to upload the files for the respective user as well as unblock our IP (183.82.99.179) so that we can proceed with troubleshooting?

    Sorry! we didn't install any plugin. We just activated and deactivated the plugin. We don't have permission to upload files (See the screenshot for the error message).

    Hi again! Sorry if I'm being dense - I can't find any way to get back to the support ticket to communicate the next set of details needed. Can you email me or re-send a notification? I only received an email notifying me that the support ticket had been opened, but there was no link in that email to get to it. Thanks!

    We have received the FTP Details through a support ticket but we also need Admin login details as well as the website URL and FORM URL so that we can review it.

    Please share the details through the same support ticket which you have created.
