  • PaidMembershipsPro gateway - error or white screen with membership purchase attempt

    Hi! Something is up with our PMPro gateway - when users try to do a transaction on our site, they are either taken to a white screen, or they get an error message that the page is not working. It lives on http://npsa-association.org/membersh...ership-levels/. (But currently I have a work-around set up, where memberships are being purchased via a C&P event widget.)

    Amanda Byrne may have already gotten a ticket started on this a few weeks ago, but I'm posting this at Kamran's suggestion to make sure it's in process.

    Please let me know how I should submit the FTP credentials needed to work on this. Thanks!

    Please share the URL of the page and submit a support ticket at http://help.clickandpledge.com with FTP and admin login details as well as the website URL so we can review your entire configuration. Include the link to this post in the ticket for reference.

    Please let us know when you have submitted the ticket. Do not post the requested information in this forum as this is a public forum.

      Thanks! Can you tell me where to find the support area in the Connect platform? I'm looking and don't see anywhere to submit a support ticket.

          We have received the FTP Details through a support ticket but we also need Admin login details as well as the website URL and FORM URL so that we can review it.

          Please share the details through the same support ticket which you have created.
