  • Payments Authorizing Only

    I installed OpenCart and have set it up with some digital items.
    We went live and people starting buying things. They receive receipts from Click and Pledge but the transactions never settle and I never receive the money. Transfirst says that it is being sent in "authorize only" mode. I'm not in test mode so I don't understand what that is.

    Anyone have a clue?

    I've been back and forth for over a week with the support ticket and if this doesn't resolve soon....

    Good day!

    The issue is the post method. Please send us your credentials so we can login to your OpenCart instance and check your settings.

    Please go to http://help.clickandpledge.com - give us your host's information and information that we can login to and check the code. This cannot be handled by support and one of our developers need to spend time and figure out how your instance is set up.

        Good day!

        The scenario you are describing is based on the transaction being posted to Transfirst as Authorize. There are 2 modes of operation: Payment & Authorize.

        We logged into your account and fixed the settings.

        Shopping carts and third party modules are supported through the forum. Our support department cannot support these integrated apps since it requires more of a developer's know-how around the apps.

        Please submit your questions to the forum for these apps.

        Test your cart and let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

          I have submitted a new transactions and I hope to see this money be deposited tomorrow. The report now says the transaction is settled. Will support answer my other ticket on 2 recurring donations that didn't post?
