I have everything else working in OpenCart, but when I attempt to use the Click & Pledge payment gateway, the webpage just "hangs" with "Please wait!". The only setup options for Click & Pledge within Opencart are the account information and whether or not it is enabled for production or test. I have it enabled for test.

Expiration date: any future date

I realize this is the way it is supposed to work, as I have read all of the instructions and followed them. I have used the 4111111111111111 card number, etc and the transaction just hangs - it does not go through. Sits there "loading" with the "Please wait!" message and never completes. Since there were no posts on the forum under "OpenCart", I was wondering if I am the first person to try to do this and if not, have other people seen the same issue I am seeing? AGAIN, this is version 1.5.4 of OpenCart.

Good day!
We realized that the manual is still showing an older version of OpenCart module.
It is now updated to the latest release support the latest release of OpenCart.
Please download the latest release. We had updated the module when OC released version 1.5.4.1 but it was not updated in the manual.

We have tested the module with the new release of OC as an upgrade and as a new install and found an issue with a fresh install.
