Recurring Contributions Method Issue

In the clickandpledge payment extension, the recurring method option "Sustaining" is not saving when checked.
The other recurring method "installments" when checked or unchecked saves as it should. For some reason sustaining is no longer working.
This was designed by a development company but none of the programming was changed to cause this option to no longer function.
Is there a way clickandpledge support can look into this further? I am not getting any errors in my error.log
