Gravity Forms integration error: Form configuration error

Hello, I am running into an error on one of our forms:

It reads: Form configuration error, please contact the administrator.

It looks like the last entry was submitted 01/02/2022 and the integration has been accepting entries successfullly since 2016, but not sure what changed between then and now. I updated Wordpress, Gravity Forms, and the Click and Pledge integration with no luck. I also added recaptcha, and hooked the Click and Pledge account back up under Settings > Click and Pledge. For some reason, it was blank.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Running Wordpress 6.1.1 on PHP 7.4
Gravity Forms Version 2.6.8
Gravity Forms Click & Pledge Version 4.2109000000-WP5.8.1-GF2.5.10

The version# you shared is not the latest version. Our Latest Version is 4.22110000-WP6.0.3-GF2.6.7

Please update to the latest version and test it. If you see the error in the latest version then please submit a support ticket at https://support.clickandpledge.com/s/ with FTP and Admin login details as well as the website URL so we can review your entire configuration. Include the link to this post in the ticket for reference and add 'Attn: Forums' in your case subject line.
