  • C&P Gravity Forms plugin error

    I'm attaching a screenshot with this message. The error can only be seen when a form page is visited by someone who is NOT logged in to the site. We verified that the plugin is the problem by disabling it on the site.

    Unfortunately, CIMC can't do the form testing they need to do on the staging site without a fix from C&P.

    It looks like the errors which you are referring to are notices of WordPress which you can hide: https://help.pixflow.net/portal/en/k...s-in-wordpress

    However, I have forwarded it to our developers to work on fixing the above error notices in the next release.

    If you have any other issues, please share the FTP and website login details via Support Ticket.

      Hi CnP.Support.AM. I'm one of the lead developers on sgoodwin's project. I just want to make sure I'm understanding you correctly.

      Your plugin is throwing an Exception/error on all forms that accept personal info (name, address, credit card, etc.) and you are suggesting the solution is to turn off the display of errors as opposed to fixing the actual error in your plugin? As a developer, I'm really hoping that is not what's happening. Looking forward to an actual fix so we can safely launch this website.

        In the shared image the above two errors are from our plugin and the remaining are from gravity form. However, no clients have reported such errors so we want to review your configuration. Please share the FTP and admin login details as well as the website URL so we can review your entire configuration. Include the link to this post in the ticket for reference and add 'Attn: Forums' in your case subject line.

        Please let us know when you have submitted the ticket. Do not post the requested information in this forum as this is a public forum.

              I'll add that information to the original ticket then? I'll also remind you of the login credentials you've had for our site for several weeks now. When I give you SFTP access to the site, that changes the way our devs have to go about their work, so we'd appreciate it if you could get to this ASAP.

                        You can only open a link on TMWSD one time. Make sure you are prepared to retrieve the information to a safe place before you click on it. I'll send you a new link right away.

                          We noticed that you are using PHP 8 which is not yet compatible with our plugin. Our plugin is compatible with PHP 7.4.29. However, we are working on PHP 8 environment and hopefully, the compatible version will be out by the 2nd week of August 2022.
