      What country are you trying to connect from? I am able to get into FTP fine from multiple computers.

        Ah, if you have such restrictions then please whitelist the static IP's of our developer: 202.63.103.194 and 183.82.99.179

          In your screenshot, I realized why you can't connect. You're trying to connect to northernplains.org and the IP address is incorrect for that. The hostname I provided in prior messages and the ticket was ftp.northernplains.org. See screenshot for successful connection with credentials I provided.

            Would it be possible for us to elevate this to a premier support issue? I'm happy to pay if we can have a more direct conversation to address the issue. Thanks!

              Good day @Northern Plains

              Luckily, we are able to login now. We see the problem. You have defined the invalid values which are resulting in the error and the payment is not processing.

              The program needs to rely on certain values to know what to do. Two of those values are:
              • eCheck
              • Credit Card

              If you look at the image you have changed the name of the Credit Card to "Pay by Debit or Credit" and for eCheck "Bank Withdrawal". That text is NOT "Credit Card" and the system finds a mismatch and results in an error.

              Please change the VALUE field to what it should be (Credit Card and eCheck) and change the label as you want. In other words, you have full flexibility with the label as it is the UI value and not important for the API but the VALUE is critical as that needs to match the requirements.

                Thank you for the response. I will test and see if this resolves the error.

                Can this be updated or added to your documentation for the plugin? This, being critical to the functionality, should be clearly outlined here: https://manual.clickandpledge.com/Gravity-Forms.html

                Currently, the only documentation around that is:
                1. From ‘Standard Fields’ section, Drag and drop the ‘Radio Button’ field into the Form Editor.
                2. Enter the Field Label as Payment Method . Make sure that label name will be any one of these: Payment Method / Select Payment Type / Select Payment Method
                3. Enter the Choices of the payment methods. Enable the radio button of the desired payment method so that it will be the default payment method in the payment page.
