When I use C&P to collect payment in Graviy Forms it creates a duplicate opportunity record in Salesforce but only for $0 and their cards are not being charged. How can I prevent this from happening?

When you collect payment via C&P in Gravity Forms, C&P generates an Order number which you can find in the Receipt as well as in your Connect Portal. Please login to the Connect portal and search for the transaction you are referring to and there you will see the order number.

We reviewed the above order number and noticed that those are not duplicates. It looks like your GF form was passed two items, one with $0 and another one with $1 as you can see that in the transaction details page:
When it gets posted to Salesforce, it is posted as a two-line item hence it creates two opportunities $1 and $0.
We don't know how was form set up when those transactions were processed but now, the form doesn't have such amount options.Regards,
