  • Recurring Donations not processing using Gravity Forms

    Hi all,
    We have a form using Gravity Forms on our website where donors can do monthly donations. Several people have attempted to sign up for this option but their donations do not go through. Donors using our one time donation form have no issues. Because it is a custom form Click and Pledge support said they can't help us and suggested we reach out here for some guidance.

    Please submit a support ticket at https://support.clickandpledge.com/s/ with FTP and admin login details as well as the website URL so we can review your entire configuration.

      Thank you for sharing the details. Unfortunately, the login credentials for the Website admin URL didn't work whereas, the FTP login details are correct. Would you please recheck and share the correct login details for the Website admin URL through the same support ticket so that we can log in and review it?

        Good day @826NOLA

        One of our developers reviewed your instance and noticed that you have not assigned the recurring form to our gateway whereas for a one-time you have assigned twice.

        However, we have assigned the recurring form to our gateway in your instance and did one test transaction which is processed successfully as expected. Order# 50448-2106180316187661111
