  • Campaign Selection within Gravity Form Does not Stay Assigned 00401311

    We are setting up a gravity forms integration and when we define the connect campaign via the C&P connect settings, the settings do not hold. See gif video here: https://share.getcloudapp.com/6quxj05L
    The C&P campaign we'd like to associate is "ddatest"

    Ive already sent a support ticket and it was recommended to post in the forums.

    We have tested in our test servers and all seems to be working fine. If you please share the FTP and admin login details as well as the website URL so that we can review your entire configuration.

    Do not post the requested information in this forum as this is a public forum. Please submit the support ticket and include the link to this post in the ticket for reference and add 'Attn: Forums' in your case subject line.

      Thank you for the information. Our developers are looking into this. In order to continue their research, they need the admin login details as well as the website URL. The information provided in your ticket only has FTP login details.

        Strange! it is not replicating for us. We reviewed in your instance and the Connect Campaign not disappearing and stayed as specified.

            Strange! We did nothing last time. We simply reviewed and all seems to be working fine. However, if you please share the FTP and Admin login details via Support Ticket so that we can review it again.
