Gateway Timeout Error

Hi,

We have a few donors who are trying to make donations on our website page which is a gravity form, and each time, it comes up with a gateway timeout error. Can you assist? Thanks.

We were able to determine that your Gateway Timeout Error is a problem with connecting to the merchant account, rather than your site configuration. We recommend you switch your account to ProPay to avoid the error. I've emailed you separately with the details.
