  • Gravity Forms WID matches Salesforce VTerminal

I'm implementing Gravity Forms Click and Pledge plugin for wordpress. When I submit a transaction everything works great and is sent directly to Salesforce. My problem lies in that the transaction from GF receives the same WID as Virtual Terminal entries do that are entered in Salesforce. Therefore when I try to send a different receipt through C&P Settings > Autoresponder > Email the only option I have is to filter based on different WIDs.

Is there a way to change the WID for transactions sent through Gravity Forms?

    Good day @esowers

Yes, the WID of VT and the GF form transactions are the same and cannot change. May I know why don't you use the Transaction Campaign or SKU as a condition for an autoresponder? You can assign the SKU or Campaign to the GF Form and based on that filter the autoresponder.

So we don't use C&P Campaigns as we map SKUs directly to the SF campaign in C&P settings within Salesforce. We have around 300 different funds/SKUs, so it would take way too long for us to create a campaign in Connect for every fund. Maybe we'll have to setup one dummy campaign in connect and just have everything from gravity forms go through that campaign in order for us to be able to filter those receipts. It'd be much easier on our end if those were different WIDs though. Seems weird that they'd be the same if they're two different sources.

      Thanks

        Good day @esowers

You NO need to create a dummy campaign in Connect. Perhaps you can add the transaction campaign into your Gravity form and through which you can filter the Autoresponder.

Please review the Transaction Campaign in the Manual: https://manual.clickandpledge.com/Gravity-Forms.html
