Gravity Forms Billing Information

I'm working through setting up Gravity Forms C&P connection on a new wordpress site and it appears that there are no options for adding billing contact information (ie name, address, email, etc) to the form? Is the only way to do that to add each field through a custom field? The C&P documentation doesn't address that.

Nevermind. I figured it out. If you add the Address, Name and Email blocks to the page it'll pass through to salesforce in the correct fields.
