Apparently, when our gravity forms sends a response, it includes the IP address of the web server instead of the patron's IP address. These are being treated as multiple attempts to donate in one day, and getting blocked. Has anyone else experienced this, or have suggestions for how to fix? Thanks!

Thank you for providing the requested details. One of our developers reviewed your instance and found that you have hosted your website in the proxy server and in this case, it might return the internal IP. Would you please check with your hosting provider?Regards,

I spoke with hosting provider - they advised it's because we have a dedicated IP address with our SSL - and that server isn't proxy.
I went into Gravity Form that Click and Pledge plugin is using, and added hidden field for User IP so it gets sent over ... would that work, or does it need to be mapped somehow? Or is there a setting I can change to have user IP get to you the right way?
