  • Wrong Opportunity Record Type

    Hello,

    I was re-directed here from Case 81421. I'm trying to help Write Around Portland solve an issue with using SKUs to assign Opportunity Record Types. We have it set so that if the SKU starts with a0o it should be set as a "Workshop Fee" Opportunity. Instead it comes in as a Donation.

    The Gravity Form in question has a hidden field with the label {SKU}{FIELDID=8}{OPTION=a0o0a00000AMGga} and a0o0a00000AMGga as the default value.

    It seems to be set up as it should be so there must be something we're missing. Please let me know if any other details would be helpful. Thanks!

      I have extended a week of access to the org and a recent Opportunity that had to be changed from Donation to Workshop Fee has the order #34990-1904251503145934009.

          Hello,

          To avoid confusion, it would probably be better to re-post a test transaction rather than a real one. How about 34990-1905011633342351010? This one hasn't been changed and is still showing as a donation when it should be a workshop fee.

              Hello,

              Can you let me know what the issue was so I can report back to Write Around Portland? I'm glad to hear that the issue will be resolved soon but it would be good to know what the problem was in case something similar happens in the future.

                JosephineK that is an issue in the code and you can't do anything about it. Our developers will fix that issue.

                    Yes, you need to upgrade your instance with the latest version. Please grant us access so that we can upgrade you and re-post the transaction in the question.
