Not accepting donations from Washington D.C.

Hi - my form is not accepting donations from DC residents. Is this something you have experienced in the past? I have tried with several users and each had their card declined. It does accept donations from residents outside of Washington DC.

It seems you may have used the form to enter payments. We were unsure why there are $1 and $.01 transactions. I have unblocked everything for you. Going forward you will need to use the Virtual Terminal to process any transaction. If you have a specific donor we need to look at please let me know.

Hi - The $1 and $.01 transactions were used by me in order to test the form. Can you explain what you mean by virtual terminal? Where is this found and how can I log in? I will need to use this before any donation is accepted? I don't want to have to manually process all donations.

We do not recommend using a form to process donations on behalf of a client since that has the potential to have you blacklisted if caught by the fraud system. The Virtual Terminal is designed for this purpose. I understand you have processed the transactions to test the forms but since the transactions are back to back it has been caught by fraud system.

I understand - but other people who are located in DC are also having problems submitting their donation (it's not just me). Can you confirm that there are no errors with my form and that it is functioning properly?

We see NO issues with your form, all seems to be working properly. If you have a specific donor we need to look at please let me know the order number so that we can review it.
