Gravity Forms C&P not processing AmEx payments?

Hello all,

Our C&P connected Gravity Form is not processing American Express (AmEx) payments. We have tried with two different cards.

We are running the latest version of the C&P/GF plugin (3.700.004).

Please advise! AmEx is not appearing in our C&P dashboard as an option under payment options.
