Is there a way to turn off Patron Payment Receipts in Connect? We have autoresponder receipts set up in C&P Settings in Salesforce to handle the various types of donations we get (by SKU). We don't want receipts sent from Connect. Is there a way to disable Connect receipts so that patron doesn't get 2 receipts?
As background - our website is using GF and WooCommerce (for different parts of the site). We're not using Connect payment forms, but we are passing the transactions to C&P, which is logging them in Salesforce. In our Connect campaign, we do not have a customized receipt defined. We have selected: Based on Receipt Settings.
In Connect settings, the Patron Payment Receipt Template is set to SYSTEM DEFAULT. If I change it to NONE - DO NOT SEND RECEIPT, a new "API Integration" section appears in Receipt Settings with Patron Payment Receipt set to SYSTEM DEFAULT. I don't seem to be able to change that one to NONE.
This was set up a while ago. I would like to transition to using Connect receipts, but I will need some time to figure out if I can make them SKU-dependent, so I need a way to disable the Connect receipts in the meantime.
