Gravity form checkbox values are coming into SF with ":" charecter

Gravity form check values are getting with ":" character in custom questions. In Gravity form entries there is no such character before the value.

Please suggest, how to resolve this issue.

Please note that we are concatenating with ":" Field Label with Answer to Custom Questions. In case of the Feld Label is empty, it will appear in that way.
