  • Error processing card transactions

    I'm helping the owners of www.u-power.org with an error they've been getting, and am hoping you can help!

    The site uses Gravity Forms with the Click & Pledge plugin ... I've been told they're getting error 45045 ...

    Attached is a photo of she sent ... then she described the issue as this:
    The “errors highlighted below” is the entire credit card section.

    At the bottom of the credit card section it says:

    Error processing card transaction
    Declined (general)

    In troubleshooting, I tried entering:
    - Specific credit card types (AMEX, Visa, MC) to see if it’s related to a particular card
    - Using a different computer (to see if it’s my computer)
    - Using a card that I know has accurate information and that I know will not decline

    All plug-ins and the website are to up to date.

    I have looked through the plugin settings, and can't see anything that jumps out at me ... I tested it yesterday, and it seemed to work fine, and then they were able to collect more donations, but then it stopped working again yesterday afternoon.

    Any advice you could provide would be greatly appreciated!

    The error code is not related to C&P. However, please submit a support ticket at http://help.clickandpledge.com with FTP and admin login details as well as the website URL so we can review your entire configuration. Include the link to this post in the ticket for reference.

    Please let us know when you have submitted the ticket by including couple of order numbers. Do not post the requested information in this forum as this is a public forum.

      We have received the login details. One of our developers reviewed your instance and found NO issues. They have processed couple test transactions without any issues. All seems to be working as expected.

      The error which you have shared is NOT related to C&P. However, upon errored out does that transaction declined? If so, please ask them to share couple of order numbers so that we can review it.
