Error processing card transaction: Declined (general)

I am getting this error from my WP gravity forms/Click & Pledge integration. The logging says I am failing validation and Gravity Forms says that this is a message I am getting back from the Card Processor. I need to understand how I can find the reason for the decline in my C&P reports. I don't see these transactions listed under reports.

The form was working in the past.
