Broken Form?

I am trying to add a recurring option for one time or monthly donations. I would like the monthly type to be subscription with infinite installments.

Whenever I attempt a test transaction, the data is not showing up in the connect portal and i'm taken to the confirmation page I built, but none of the details are populating like transaction ID or amount.
