Gravity Forms causing white screen

I installed the Click & Pledge Gravity Forms plugin and now my whole site just shows a white screen. We are running PHP version 5.6.29, WP version 4.4.8. Without any configuration, I get the white screen across my whole site as soon as I activate the plugin. Please help! Thanks!

We have received the details and trying to find out the root cause of the issue. It seems that some other plugin conflicting with our plugin. To investigate we have to do some testing in your instance and for safety precaution, we would like to request you to take the backup of your site.
