Cannot disable C&P default receipt - GravityForms

Hello,
We have disabled the option for sending receipts, both via the GravityForms settings, as well as the C&P Portal settings. Our customers are still receiving the default C&P receipt, and we cannot turn it off.
The most recent order had this issue: 1609291710312730295

Let me know how we can get this fixed, thanks.
