    Dear Support,

    We have been testing our form with the test card number. But then we put it into production mode and tested it with a real credit card. A receipt was sent from Click & Pledge.

    Where can we see these transactions inside our C&P account? I can't seem to find them anywhere. (The real ones).

    Also, how do we customize the layout of the receipt that is sent? I can't seem to find those settings either in C&P. (Separate form the notifications that Gravity Forms sends out).

    Good day!

    All transactions are available in the report area. A number of KB articles are available: Report Articles

    System receipts are not customizable at this time. If you are using Salesforce you may use the Autoresponder which gives you complete control over design and included fields. If you are not using Salesforce the only customizable information is the Organization information that appears below the organization name and above the item listing grid.
