Click and Pledge plugin v 2.0.8 and Gravity Forms v. 1.9.6 - first and last names

Does anyone know if the newer version (1.9.6) of Gravity Forms works with v. 2.0.8 of Gravity Forms Click and Pledge plugin?

I am new to this integration and cannot get it to work.

First, the credit card area on gravity forms only leaves the possibility of entering the cardholders name, but click and pledge plugin gives me the error of 'needing first and last name'. So, I added separate first and last name fields. That removed that error (however users now have to enter their first and last name BEFORE the credit card info area -- and then add their cardholders name also in the credit card area).

But, now I have an error that the transaction was just declined.

I have no idea where to go from there.

Am I missing something with the names or are these versions not compatible?

Hello, I am definitely a newcomer. I had the form on 'test' but didn't use the 'test' credit card number.

But, I still am perplexed on the first name, last name that CandP requires, and the 'Credit Card Holder Name' that is the default (all in one field) that Gravity Forms has.

How do I handle that?
