  • How to change/disable order receipt?

    Hi,

    I received an order receipt while testing an order page. How can I modify or disable this message? I need to send a custom message to people who have submitted an order and was planning on doing this through Salesforce. The pdf of the default receipt appears to be too large too upload, let me know if you need me to send a copy of that, I'll see if I can reduce the file size.

    We don't have a way to modify that but you may disable it by uncheck the check box for Send Receipt:

      Please note that the Organization always receives a copy of the receipt. The above setting is for the patron ONLY.

      The organization cannot disable receiving a copy of the receipt and is always in the alert list.

      Hope that further clarifies the options.

        Thanks for the information. What's odd is that the "Send Receipt to Patron" checkbox is unchecked and I'm pretty sure I'm not the organization point of contact (on NEA's CnP account, "Contact Email Address" is listed as [email protected], not my email. However, I'm still receiving multiple emails for when I submit an order. This is only happening on the product order page, there is another GF CnP donation form where it sends out only one email as expected. What else could be causing this issue?

          Strange! We reviewed your instance and did test in the two of your forms which uses Click & Pledge gateway and found NO issues. We received only one email as expected.

          Would you please test with different email address and let us know what you receive?

          Also, please share the form name in which you see above issue.
