Ah whoops, I completely overlooked that. Thanks for finding that! The order form looks to be working well now

Good day @KevinDillon,
Thanks for the info. One of developers reviewed your instance and found that you have assigned the 2 SKU's to a Product ID 6 (which is not recommend) in your instance which causing the above error. Please remove one of the SKU's and check.
Please check and let us know if we can be of any further assistance.
Thanks,

Hi,
A couple questions:- Can I also submit the ticket by email [email protected]?
- That's how I've been doing it in the past to make sure I get email notifications (the client's CnP account does not send emails to my address)
- Can you confirm that the support ticket is private, so that no others will be able to access login credentials?
- What do you mean by FTP?
- I don't believe there are any FTP details for the donation page
Thanks,
Kevin

Error with transaction
Hi,
I'm getting the following error with a order form page I created (multiple products listed, each with their own SKU):
Error processing card transaction:
The element 'OrderItem' in namespace 'urn:APISchema.xsd' has invalid child element 'SKU' in namespace 'urn:APISchema.xsd'. List of possible elements expected: 'CouponCode, CustomParameters, Campaign, CustomFieldList, CampaignList' in namespace 'urn:APISchema.xsd'.
How can I fix this?
Thanks,
KevinTags: None
