    Hello,

    I have a form that utilizes Click & Pledge payment gateway here: https://lifelineofohio.org/2016-orga...collaborative/

    When I test the form and click submit it refreshes to a white screen instead of a confirmation page. When I deactivate the plugin, the form submits and the confirmation page comes up as it should. Also the form is not submitting or coming through as a submission in the backend of Gravity Forms, but again when I deactivate the plugin the form does come through as an entry.

    Running the latest version of WordPress (4.5.3), Gravity Forms (2.0.5) and the C&P plugin (3.100.000).

    Do you know what is causing the issue? There is nothing in the console or code for the white page, either.

          I still haven't heard anything about this. This project is time sensitive, and I would greatly appreciate some kind of status update if there is one available.

                  We have tested this at great length and have finally narrowed the case to the server. Please see the error messages we see:

                  Fatal error: Uncaught SoapFault exception: [WSDL] SOAP-ERROR: Parsing WSDL: Couldn't load from 'https://paas.cloud.clickandpledge.com/paymentservice.svc?wsdl' : failed to load external entity "https://paas.cloud.clickandpledge.co...rvice.svc?wsdl" in /data/29/3/22/16/3185505/user/3558003/htdocs/Testpayment.php:7 Stack trace: #0 /data/29/3/22/16/3185505/user/3558003/htdocs/Testpayment.php(7): SoapClient->SoapClient('https://paas.cl...') #1 {main} thrown in /data/29/3/22/16/3185505/user/3558003/htdocs/Testpayment.php on line7

                  The error is not related to our app but related to the SOAP service at the server. Do you have a contact at your hosting company that you can share the error with?

                  We cannot possibly fix this issue as it is a server setting and requires higher level access to the platform.
