Is it possible to use gravity forms to add a checkbox that triggers the users to pay the 2.75% convenience fee?

As far as our integration is concerned if a line item is added with the value to be processed we will process it. Gravity form programming is beyond the scope of our application.

One point to be aware of is that Visa & MasterCard do not consider addition of processing fee as a valid business model. While some nonprofits exercise this model, the credit card companies consider it a violation of the agreement. This is why in places that wish to exercise this discouraging model of using credit cards, a discount is offered if using cash and no surcharge for using a card.
