    We are setting up a new donation page and can't seem to get our donations in Honor of/Memorial to map correctly. We have followed directions as best we can. Any tips or ideas would be very helpful.

    Please see the following observations:

    The above are the only custom questions we see with the word "honor" in them and as such we assume these are the fields are trying to map. The questions are - & please NOTE the exact words as the exact words are being matched. It is important to see the colon before the second question.
    • Honoree/Memorial Name
    • : This gift is in honor of/in memory of/a gift for someone.

    Looking at the C&P Settings > Custom

    We do not see any of those questions having been mapped. It is important to note that we take the EXACT question and match it against the mapping Question. If a question is off by one symbol the matching condition will not work. As you see below:

    : This gift is in honor of/in memory of/a gift for someone. NOT EQUAL TO This gift is in honor of/in memory of/a gift for someone

    The second text does not have the colon and period and as such the 2 texts are not equal.

    There is also a disturbing set of texts in your C&P Data and I believe we stated this in the prior post by you in the forum.

    Why do you have OnSuccessURL, OnDeclineURL, and OnErrorURL, in the custom question. Account GUID, Account ID do not belong in the custom question. These questions and answers will appear in the receipt and should not be listed as custom question.

      the form field being submitted is through Gravity Forms and that it is input_19.
      does that make a difference?

        Good day!

        In Gravity Form the question you are posting is not mapped in Salesforce. The field input_19 is just a number for a field and does not really mean anything to us. Each field in GF has a numeric number associated with it.

        Simply each question that you create in Gravity Form posts to Salesforce. In Salesforce the question needs to be mapped so it can be added to a field in Contact, Opportunity, or Account.

        If you wish for us to review your installation please send login information to our HELP desk (NOT HERE) at http://help.clickandpledge.com. Forum is a public exchange and no private information should be posted here. Once we receive the information we will submit it to our developers to review your form. The developer queue will take 48 business hours before a complete review may be performed.

        Based on what we see you are passing incorrect fields to the custom question such as OnSuccessURL, etc. and apparently not posting the question you think should be posted. The C&P Data shows details of what is being posted. The questions and answers are all in the C&P Data so you may review it to see how things are being posted.
