    Hello VRavindra,

    The Gravity Forms version is 1.8.20.5; the Click and Pledge Gravity Forms version is 2.0.8. It seemed to successfully process transaction on April 7th.

    Hello,

    One of my clients is having a similar issue. As far as I can tell, the account information between Click and Pledge and Wordpress/Gravity Forms is correct, but there are no transaction records in the transaction report from Salesforce.

    What was the resolution here? How can I troubleshoot this for my client?

    I contacted support and they said to post in the forum. I have submitted a ticket with the ftp information and login.

    Good day!

    This is a 3rd party implementation and as such we need to login to your account and review your settings and installation.

    Please provide FTP access, userid & password in a support ticket so one of our developers can login and see how your installation is done. Please note the third party integration requires full review of your installation and setting and as such requires full access to your code.

    Submit the information to our help desk at http://help.clickandpledge.com:

    - FTP site
    - admin user id & password

    Once we have login access we will review and let you know.

    Transactions not posting to Click & Pledge

    Transactions on the website appear to be going through (confirmation in the form is given), but the transaction is not being posted to Click and Pledge and no receipt is being sent to the user.
